Jigs are designed for quick dimensional and shape control of produced parts. For welding of part assemblies, elimination of scrap in production, installation of part assemblies, and alignment for 3D machine measurement, or trimming using spray, laser and many others. As a standard, jigs are made from aluminium, steel or composite materials.
Gauging fixtures may be produced for attributive or variable measurement – feeler gauges, gauges (calibres), trimming gauges, digital indicators, strain gauges, proximity sensors, or lasers, etc. Parts are typically gripped using manual or pneumatic grips. Wireless transmission can be used for measurement values.
We can design and produce customized single-purpose machines and lines. Those machines are designed for specific processes. For example, welding, cutting, trimming, moulding, forming, measurement, and other operations.
Tools for moulding of sheet metal and plastic parts. Those are standard drawing and cutting tools for sheet metal forming, or trimming and notching and bending of plastic, leather and other materials.
We dispose of CNC and manual milling, turning, drilling, grinding, or welding, machines etc. We can produce customized parts or whole assemblies according to customer’s 3D or 2D documents. We offer machining services of small as well as medium-sized batches. We can even produce cast pieces (especially aluminium). Stiefelmayer machine is used for measurement of sizes up to 3x1,5x1,8m. It is 3D data or 2D drawing based measurement with a consequent protocol.
These products are made from different types of resin materials, silicone, polyurethane, epoxide, etc. For these products, we produce our moulds using composite materials, aluminium, and rather exceptionally steel. Cast pieces may further be machined depending on the type of used material.
